What is the Formonix Sales Partner Network?
FORMONIX GROUP designs, supplies and installs rooftop solar systems, solar water pumps, EV charging stations and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana projects for homes, businesses and institutions. Our Sales Partner Network is the field force that brings customer files — residential consumers, EPC projects, corporate customers and dealer leads — to our billing team. Partners are independent sales professionals who work with their own reporting manager and grow a downline team using a personal Referral ID.
How do incentives work?
Each designation carries an incentive slab on the full invoice amount (including GST) of every tax invoice you generate — for example ₹2,10,000 × 2% = ₹4,200: Sales Executive 2%, Senior Sales Executive 4%, Sales Manager 5%, Senior Sales Manager 6% and Regional Manager 7%. When someone in your downline gives a file, you earn the difference between your slab and theirs (for example, a Regional Manager earns 7% − 2% = 5% on a file given by a Sales Executive). The total distribution on any invoice never exceeds the highest slab in the chain, and incentives are released for payout only after the customer's invoice is fully paid. Consumer returns and cancellations adjust incentives automatically, and administrators can add special bonuses for exceptional performance.
How do promotions work?
Promotion is based on your Total Promotion Business — your own eligible business plus the eligible business of your complete downline team, across every level. A Sales Executive needs ₹5,00,000 to become a Senior Sales Executive; ₹10,00,000 takes you to Sales Manager; ₹25,00,000 to Senior Sales Manager; ₹50,00,000 to Regional Manager. When you cross the target the system marks you Promotion Eligible, your reporting senior recommends you, and the admin team approves the new designation and higher incentive slab.
Documents & eligibility
Applicants must be 18 years or older with a valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account (passbook or cancelled cheque) and a passport-size photograph. A Referral ID from an existing approved Formonix employee is mandatory — it decides your initial reporting manager and your position in the team tree. Duplicate mobile numbers, PAN or Aadhaar are rejected automatically. After submission you can track your application with the Check Application Status tab using your Application Number and mobile number.
Partner dashboard
Once active, log in with your Employee ID to see your profile, own and team business, complete downline tree, consumer data of your network, invoice-wise incentive history, pending and paid payouts, promotion progress and registrations waiting for your approval. Data is strictly hierarchy-scoped: you only ever see your own network.
